Trink is a weather app designed specifically for street snowboarders, addressing the lack of hyper-local insights in generic weather platforms. snowboarders often struggle to know if a spot will be rideable, since traditional apps don’t account for surface freeze, short snow windows, or precipitation timing. This school project solves this by translating complex weather data into spot-focused visuals, using a clear, intuitive interface that highlights the exact conditions snowboarders need helping them make quick, informed decisions while preserving the appropriate feel of the activity.
